Veal parcels (Paupiettes de veau)

This is thin slices of veal covered with a stuffing then rolled before cooking. They are mixed with onions, tomatoes and Parisian mushrooms covered with white wine. Paupiettes de veau are served with white rice or tagliatelli pasta.
