Chocolate profiteroles (Profiteroles au chocolat)

Chocolate profiteroles are a dessert made from choux pastry (flour, butter, eggs and sugar). The name comes from the “choux” (cabbages) that are split in two to put inside vanilla ice cream or cream custard. Several little profiteroles are placed on the plate and covered with a chocolate sauce.
