Mille-feuilles
The French name of this cake refers to the several layers of
pastry that are in it. This cake is made from three layers
of flaky pastry and two layers of cream custard. The mille-feuille
gives a rare impression of smooth and suave.
The cream custard that covers each level of flaky pastry counts
for a lot. The glazing is worked with sugar syrup to attain
its marbled aspect.
