Chocolate mousse (Mousse au chocolat)



Mousse au chocolat is very much appreciated by lovers of dark chocolate. It consists of a preparation of whites of eggs whipped into peaks and melted chocolate with butter added delicately. When the mixture becomes chocolate colour it is put into porcelain bowls and left in the fridge for several hours until solidified.
