But, at L’Auberge Avyronnaise, the show is also in the plates. All the products are directly coming from Aveyron. The first-course offers a choice among some of the best than this marvellous country can give. For exemple, it’s an hard choice between the Laguiole’s Trout Rilletes or the saussages and ham served on a plank. Among the main course, the menu offers of course the Aligot but there also some specials dishes like the andouillette (small chitterling sausage) or the famouse boudin aux pommes (blood sausage with apple).
